Santoku or Bunka is all around purposes kitchen knife coming from Japan. It's blade is normally around 13.5 and 20 cm (5-8 inch) long, having a flat edge and a sheepsfoot blade which curves in an 60 degrees angle at the point.

''Santoku'' in japanese refers to the purpose of this knife; slice, dice, mince.
